About

I’m from Cairo, based in Amsterdam. I make software.

I’m obsessed with leverage — tools that turn one good idea into a thousand small wins, and workflows that make “impossible” feel routine. I like systems, incentives, and products that earn their place in someone’s day. Not with hype, but with usefulness.

This blog is my lab notebook. I write about AI as a new layer of abstraction, distribution as engineering, and the weird psychology of why people keep what they keep. Sometimes I’ll zoom out: how to choose problems when execution gets cheap, what “taste” really is, and why speed alone is not the point.

If you’re into practical craft with a bit of existential curiosity, you’ll probably enjoy it here.
